Tour Player, Futures Golf Tour, BMO Women’s Tour, West Coast Ladies Golf Tour

Jenny and I first met during a frustrating time of my professional golf career. I had high goals of performing at the highest level, that were simply not being met. With her help, I have been able to meet all of my goals, including qualifying for the LPGA's 2005 season.

Jenny provided me with a personalized flexibility and strength program that targeted my areas of weekness. She has made me aware of the many physical dynamics of my golf swing, including endurance, flexibility and strength. These are crucial elements in every golf swing, as they improve performance as well as reduce the risk of injury. Jenny’s routine is easy to follow, and specifically meets the needs of developing an athletic, injury-free golf swing. Any amateur or professional serious in improving his or her golf game would highly benefit by enrolling in her program.

Golf Fitness

Why hire a golf biomechanic?  Having a trained eye to assess and correct muscle imbalances during the complex movement of the golf swing is what I have been trained to do.  My mentors Janet Alexander who trains Mike Weir and Paul Chek of the CHEK Institute who wrote the Golf Biomechanic’s Manual.  Functional training is just that, it leads to a better functioning body.

A body that functions better especially through the rigors of 18 holes of golf is one that will likely remain injury free.  That is my goal, to keep players enjoying the game longer and yes, they do increase their drive!  Back pain is one of the leading problems for golfers and through an effective conditioning program this can be alleviated.
