“This class was excellent because it showed me what bad shape I was in and how to try to correct it.  My favorite part of this class was learning how to stretch properly before a game of golf.  The three most important things for me in this class were structure, good instruction and printed exercise material.

This class was very good because the information was excellent.  My favorite part to this class was learning the corrective exercises.  Important things for me in class were the education, information on muscle use and corrections.”

“This class was excellent because I learned just what I wanted.  My favorite part to this class was making progress in flexibility. (Actually Jenny was the best part!) The three most important things for me in this class were relevance, examples and results. I didn’t know how tight I was until this class – flexibility is important and under rated!  Very worthwhile.”

Golf Fitness

Why hire a golf biomechanic?  Having a trained eye to assess and correct muscle imbalances during the complex movement of the golf swing is what I have been trained to do.  My mentors Janet Alexander who trains Mike Weir and Paul Chek of the CHEK Institute who wrote the Golf Biomechanic’s Manual.  Functional training is just that, it leads to a better functioning body.

A body that functions better especially through the rigors of 18 holes of golf is one that will likely remain injury free.  That is my goal, to keep players enjoying the game longer and yes, they do increase their drive!  Back pain is one of the leading problems for golfers and through an effective conditioning program this can be alleviated.
