Doug Morgan
I have personally been associated with Grills Golf Fitness since October 2005. At the age of 38 and after my second 3'd degree sprain of my left ankle} I became very aware that I needed to get my biggest piece of equipment in shape if I wanted to continue to playa high level of competitive golf. Four years ago} I had a chiropractor} massage therapist and a Costco size bottle of Advil in my golf bag. Today} I have none of these thanks to Jenny. My fitness level continues to improve and even when I do get an ache or pain} I know what and how to stretch to relieve that discomfort. If you are a player that continues to take lessons and don}t see any measurable improvement} you should serious think about getting an assessment done and invest in yourself. Don}t buy another club until you get your biggest piece of equipment in shape."
