Everyone knows how tough it can
be to stay on the exercise wagon. We get into fitness
ruts, doing the same old thing, not realizing we’ve
plateaued or in some cases, unconsciously done more
harm than good.
I consider myself to be something
of a gym guru. I’m great of getting there but lousy
at integrating variety. Truth be told, I’ve kind of
shied away from the machines and equipment I don’t
know because I don’t want to look like an idiot!
Enter Personal Trainer Jenny
Grills. Jenny’s confidence is immediately evident,
and it is clear that she is naturally talented at
inspiring others to health. Since working with Jenny,
I’ve discovered not only the “what”of exercise, but
the “why” and that has been tremendously motivating
for me. No longer am I just doing cardio for 30
minutes, I’m consciously trying to get my heart rate
up to a level that actually benefits and strengthens
my heart. I understand the value of conditioning core
strength (and trust me, it’s so much more than the
proverbial “six pack!”) and I am no longer nervous
around stability balls!
Jenny has engaged my attention on
so many more levels than just exercise. She is
educating me abut nutritional intake and lifestyle.
She teaches a level of fitness that is far evolved
from the days of striving just to look good.
Working with Jenny has been
hugely beneficial and I would recommend it to anyone
who is serious about extreme self care.
