Jenny Grills has changed my life!
I arrive one afternoon about three months ago to meet with a trainer named Jenny Grill

 (My mom had recommended Jenny to me). I was irritated by the thought of going to the gym but I knew I had to make my health and my physique a priority sometime real soon...like NOW!! So I moaned and I groaned and then I realized that getting in shape is very satisfying. Jenny makes it both fun and educational! I have learned so much about looking after this little vessel of mine!   Over the last few months I have lost inches gained muscle and most importantly felt surprisingly very emotionally balanced. It takes work but...Jenny makes it fun!
I look forward to slinking around on the beach in my bikini this summer...this will be a first!
