“I started working out with
Jenny twice a week as my personal trainer less than
five months ago. Since then, she has become my
fitness and lifestyle mentor! I haven't felt this
great in a long time. I have lost 3" around my waist
and generally my body is much stronger and toned. I
have learned a lot from her about nutrition and the
importance of exercising and keeping fit. My work
days are long and stressful, and I used to use the
excuse of "not having enough time" to fit a work out
into my schedule. Now I look forward to working out
and I have made it a priority. Jenny is an awesome
trainer who is upbeat and positive. She also looks
great and she is passionate about fitness and
health.
