Jenny's flexibility and core programs have
really opened my eyes to both the importance and
benefits of increasing my flexibility and
strengthening my core. I was always one who
thought flexibility was not that important for
golf, but Jenny quickly changed my opinion in
that area. The range of motion that I have
gained in certain area's of my body in just a
couple of months is simply incredible and it
really motivates me to keep at it to gain more
and more flexibility. This will certainly lead
to exactly what I am looking for during the 2005
Canadian Tour season. More confidence in my
body and more consistency in my game.
