To be a better golfer, you need to improve your
“core strength, posture, flexibility and balance.”
The best golfers in the world (PGA, LPGA, Champions
Tour) have been telling us that you have to take
care of your body (your machine) to achieve better
results.
Every top player has a trainer to assist them in
building “core strength, posture, flexibility and
balance.”
In the past, I have balked at the idea that I
needed a personal trainer. I really believed only
“world-class athletes” needed such attention. The
truth is recreational athletes need more assistance
in conditioning then the best in the world. We have
room to make huge gains in improving our core
strength and flexibility..
I was introduced to Jenny Grills and found her to
be inspiring and motivational.
She has very impressive credentials.
Since working with Jenny, I have increased my
flexibility, more strength, less pain and I look
forward to my training & conditioning sessions. I
FEEL GREAT!!!
I have also come to realize the work we are doing
will improve my golf, but more importantly it will
improve my life and personal health.
As a Golf Professional and Coach, I would like to
see my clients improve their core strength and
flexibility. This is a real weakness for most
recreational golfers. I encourage them to see
Jenny.
Jenny Grills is the best and only Golf
Biomechanic that I would endorse! |
