Golf Conditioning Class - March 2005 -
Flexibility & Conditioning "It provided
excellent exercises to help me physically and
improve my golf ability" My favorite part of
the class was "learning about my physical weakness
and how to develop/improve those areas" "I
would recommend this to all my golfing
friends."
Overall, I would rate this class as excellent
because "of all the detail and precision Jenny puts
in all movements." " I would recommend this
course to all serious golfers."

helped me be more aware of m body in performance and
longevity to play golf" I would rate this
class as excellent because "it made me aware of the
importance of all the connective tissue and muscles
involved in golf." "I am very thankful for
this course as it came along at a time where I could

first, practice and correction; exercises well

in strength and stamina." Important things in
the class for me - " improved muscle strength,
better stamina and got me into a regular exercise
